Wednesday, May 6, 2015 is School Nurse Appreciation Day! Our school is blessed to have a wonderful nurse who goes above and beyond for our kids. I love celebrating this day and giving her a little something from our class. Last year, we created this little book for her.
I thought the band-aids on the spine of the book added a nice little touch! : )
Each child made a little page to go in the book...

I also didn't realize that just like teachers, school nurses often work with very small budgets too! They often run out of Kleenex, band-aids, hand sanitizer and Lysol wipes! I will be raiding my stash and sharing some of these items with my nurse too!
