The other day I was telling my husband that I wish there was something that I collected. He very quickly reminded me that I am a collector of books, especially board books. Ohhhh yeaahhh...I am! We read EK multiple board books a day, so we get sick of the same ones real quick! It's such a treat to have some seasonal books to pull out for the different holidays throughout the year! I promise every one of these is on our home bookshelf. Actually, that's a lie...EK is really into pulling books off of the bookshelf, so they are most likely on the floor. But none the less, they are in our home...somewhere!
Where is Baby's Turkey?: I'm always a Karen Katz! We love her lift-the-flap books! This is another cute one with lots of great vocabulary!
Five Silly Turkeys: This book has five sparkly, satin tabs that EK loves to grab! This is her favorite book for carrying around!
Llama Llama Gives Thanks: I love a little rhyming book and this one doesn't disappoint!
I Love to Gobble You Up: EK love the tall felt feathers on this book! It is a sweet story that involves some kissing on your baby!
This Little Turkey: This book is a Thanksgiving version of "This Little Piggy." Super cute and quick read!
Gobble, Gobble: My list wouldn't be complete without a good touch and feel book!
You are my Little Pumpkin Pie: You my recognize this book from my Pumpkin Books for Baby list. Since it involved pumpkin pie I kept it around for Thanksgiving too! It's a cute one! The Christmas one is precious too!
Also, books make a great hostess gift if you are visiting family for the holidays. This is my favorite Thanksgiving book for older kids!
