100th Day of School

Today we celebrated the 100th Day of School! It was a great day and a lot of fun for everyone.

 I LOVE THE TEETH!

Twin 100 year olds the right! They are precious and dress alike everyday! The cutie on the left is from another class, but I had to take her picture!

"When I am 100 years old I will go swimming. I will go camping with my grandchildren. I am going to go to the mall."

The idea for these precious little portraits came from Deanna Jump's 100th Day Math and Literacy Mini Unit.

(Please admire the pipe cleaner glasses.)

"When I am 100 years old I will get a new watch. I will have 16 dogs.  I will also go camping. It will be so much fun."

"When I am 100 years old I will go swimming. I will have kids. My kids will grow up. My hair will be gray."

I literally had little friends licking their plates. They loved the pancakes! The best part was that I had a mom to be a pancake chef. AND this mom use to be a teacher, so she was an expert on 100th day craziness : )

Last night I returned from the SDE Kindergarten Teacher's Conference. This was my first BIG conference to attend and it was AMAZING. I left feeling refreshed and excited to be a teacher! One of the highlights of the trip was meeting teacher celebrity blogger Deanna Jump. She was as sweet as can be and did not disappoint. AND she was born a town away. She is a Texas girl too!  Small world!

Me, Deanna Jump and Paige (my fellow teacher attendee)

I look like I could eat her because I am so giant next to her! AH!

I loved it! I also got to hear Crystal from Kreative in Kinder and Kim from Kinder by Kim speak. They were both just precious!

Thanks for reading! I hope everyone has a great rest of the week!
