Thanks for stopping by my blog! I am (almost) a “real” l teacher. I will graduate in May with a degree in Early Childhood Education and I will be looking for a teaching job for the 2012-2013 school year!  This semester I will be student teaching in 5th grade and Kindergarten! So, while I don’t have my very own classroom; I will still be in a classroom every day. I hope to use this blog show some of the great things I have seen; and to share some of my own ideas and creations as I prepare for having my own classroom! I have always wanted to be a teacher and here are some pictures to prove it!
My grandmother is a retired teacher and librarian. She would always give me “real” teacher things like gradebooks, teacher bags, and math manipulatives. This is a picture of pretend gradebook that I would use in elementary school. Some of my “students” weren’t doing so well!

Okay so my three wishes don’t really go together:
1. Have bunches of animals
2. Be famous
3.  Teach school
But, I guess one out of the three isn’t too bad!
I wrote this on the first day of fourth grade!

So, see! I have ALWAYS wanted to be a teacher! I can't wait to get started!

bye yall!
